Do you plan to go to college? Do you still need to pass the FCAT? Then you need to take the SAT or the ACT. The SAT and ACT are college placement tests. These are the exams that determine if a college or university will accept you based on their admissions criteria and determine the classes you are allowed to start taking.

June 6th - Regular registration ends May 9th.

Students who qualify for free or reduced lunch can receive two waivers for each test to pay for the test. You may also receive a fee waiver for your college application fee. Begining this year students will need parent permission in order to recieve a waiver since too many waiver were being wasted when students did not show up on test day or showed up without ID and/or admission ticket. Please fill out the form below and return it to your school counselor in order to recieve a fee waiver. Remember: you only have 2 waivers for each test during your ENTIRE HIGH SCHOOL YEARS!!!
Need Help Registering for the SAT or the ACT?
Going into a science test without studying is never a good idea. Most likely, you won't perform as well as you hoped and your grade will suffer. The same goes with not preparing for the SAT and ACT. Both of these exams are unique. It imparative that you familarize yourself with the type of questions that will be on these assessments and learn strategies for taking these specific tests. Below are a few FREE websites that you can use to study for these exams.

Websites aren't the only resources you can use for studying for the SAT and ACT. Don't forget that study books are available for purchase at your local bookstore and many books can be check out from the school library as well as the public library.
Apps are another HUGE avenue for SAT/ACT Test prep. When searching for SAT Vocab hundreds of apps come up. The best part, most of them are for free. When searching make sure to search for SAT Vocab, SAT Math, ACT Vocab, and ACT Math.
